Angela is Head of Innovation at Northumbrian Water. She has a passion for innovation and helps businesses embed an innovation culture within the workforce, creates processes and strategies that will result in purpose driven and tangible innovation output. Leveraging her cross-sector expertise, she has a proven track record of creating product and commercial innovations across multiple fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) categories that have successfully built the business. Notably managing the front-end innovation pipeline of a billion-dollar franchise and created a new market segment within a commodity sector. A PhD physical chemist and a recognized creator of novel methods to identify new and relevant insights. Angela is a strategic thinker who thinks 'out of the box' to create novel solutions. Angela is highly collaborative, a maximiser of ideas and people and excels at providing focus by making the complex simple.
