Investing in Climate-Resilient Water Systems

The 13th annual World Water-Tech Innovation Summit returned to London, gathering global disruptors in the water sector. Against a backdrop of rising weather extremes, aging infrastructure, and emerging contaminants, the summit aimed to accelerate collaboration, investment, and innovation.

Scheduled for February 20-21, the event brought together progressive water enterprises, regulatory bodies, engineering firms, technology giants, investors, and visionaries to address the decade’s most pressing challenges. Discussions focused on proactive asset management and circular solutions as the industry seeked to increase its resilience to climate events.

Through a partnership with the UK Department for Business and Trade, the summit attracted diverse delegations from Europe, Asia, North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. These delegates assembled to share knowledge, showcase project opportunities, and foster enduring business partnerships.

Featuring interactive panel discussions, executive briefings, focused roundtables, and one-on-one meetings, the two-day agenda encouraged dialogue and impactful collaborations.

Charity Partner

The summit partners with FRANK Water, a UK charity which aims to encourage water security and alleviate water poverty by improving the way that people across the world understand and use water. Since 2005, FRANK Water has provided safe water, sanitation and hygiene training (WASH) to nearly 400,000 people across India and Nepal. In the UK, it encourages sustainable consumption of drinking water via its Refill schemes for events, restaurants and other public spaces.

World Water-Tech Series

Launched in London in 2012, World Water-Tech has established itself as an essential water forum for international stakeholders focused on advancing the commercialisation of advanced water and wastewater solutions.
